Stop being trapped in deep internal friction! In a bull market, getting out of a loss has never been about luck Holding a full position in a deep loss, unable to move, staring at the market day and night without daring to close your eyes, thinking about bottom-fishing and adding positions to lower the average cost, but just happen to encounter the dilemma of losing more as you buy more, repeatedly following the trend, and ultimately still unable to escape the fate of being repeatedly harvested by the market. I have seen too many friends in the crypto circle going through such torment: their orders are stuck, unable to enjoy food or sleep at night, watching their floating losses grow, filled with anxiety and helplessness. Some hold on with a lucky mindset, betting that the market will suddenly rebound one day; others panic and blindly add to their positions, sinking deeper; some are emotionally driven by the ups and downs, chasing gains and selling losses, impulsively trading, turning small losses into irreparable big holes. In fact, everyone knows in their hearts that the overall market trend is still dominated by bulls, and it’s a good opportunity to profit from the trend, but due to wrong operations and losing control of their mindset, they trap themselves in a dead-end of losses. Being stuck temporarily is never a hopeless situation, but the danger lies in fighting the market with a gambler’s mentality and amplifying risks through reckless actions. Getting out of a loss and recovering the capital has never relied on luck or waiting, but on a rigorous, practical trading system: learning to scientifically control position sizes, avoiding gambler-like all-in bets; gradually spreading costs through batch T+ trades, high selling and low buying to activate stuck positions; strictly setting stop-loss lines, not clinging to the market, not holding onto hope, and cutting losses in time to prevent further expansion. Every step must follow market laws, every operation must adhere to trading rules, rather than being led by anxiety and greed. After years of experience in the market, I have seen many gradually recover from deep losses and turn profits, and I have also seen many completely exit due to mental breakdowns. Market fluctuations are normal; being stuck is just a bump on the trading journey, not the final outcome. Instead of wasting energy in endless anxiety, or exhausting your capital by blindly holding positions, it’s better to pause, rationally review your positions, and develop a personalized plan to get out of trouble. I am Lao Wu, with many years of deep involvement in the crypto market. I have seen countless retail investors’ losses and confusion, and helped many friends clarify their thinking and turn losses around. Next, I will guide everyone step by step in analyzing position structures, market trends, and tailoring strategies to get out of trouble—no recklessness, no impatience, steady and sure—using professional methods to replace blind operations, gradually recover losses, and return to a profitable rhythm. $BTC $ETH $IOST
