1️⃣ The Rule I Will Never Break Again
Never move your stop-loss lower to "give the trade more room."
I did this once. Just once. A trade went 2% against me. I moved the stop from -5% to -10%. Then to -15%

My biggest lesson in trading was realizing that protecting capital matters more than chasing profits. I used to hold losing trades for too long, hoping they would recover, but that only made things worse. Once I started using strict stop-loss rules, everything changed. It used to seem like: “I’ll buy more even at a lower price to reduce the average.” But the market can fall endlessly, and the deposit can’t. Now it’s only a strict stop-loss and adding to a profitable position according to the trend.
