Trump announces that the Lebanon-Israel ceasefire has been extended by three weeks
Golden Finance reports that on April 24th, U.S. President Trump stated on social media that today the U.S. held meetings at the White House with senior representatives from Israel and Lebanon. The meetings went very smoothly! The United States will cooperate with Lebanon to help it defend itself against threats from Hezbollah. The ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon will be extended by three weeks. I look forward to welcoming Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Lebanese President Aoun soon.
