"Davis' actions, from the inception to the collapse of LIBRA and the profits from the constituent accounts, point to a possible pattern of behavior aimed at defrauding investors by exploiting his connections with Javier Milei and Karina Milei, the Argentine government's top officials.

Given the magnitude of the scandal and the significant losses suffered by investors, it is clear that Hayden Mark Davis remaining free poses a procedural risk.
