Cardano (ADA) Founder Charles Hoskinson Speaks For The First Time About Not Being Invited To The Summit At The White House!
Cardano (ADA)** founder Charles Hoskinson, referring to not being invited to the White House Cryptocurrency Summit on Friday, said that they will focus on the growth and decentralization of the Cardano ecosystem rather than lobbying the government for them to be recognized.
To share his views, Hoskinson, Twitter( by his )eski on X, said: "I appreciate the passion and feelings that everyone has about whether or not I should attend or be invited to certain events of the U.S. government. Blaming government officials on X won't solve anything or change hearts and minds."
He urged the Cardano community to focus on the development of the ecosystem rather than focusing on government involvement.
The summit, which brought together key figures in the cryptocurrency industry and U.S. government representatives, aimed to discuss regulatory frameworks and the future of digital assets. However, Hoskinson's absence has sparked controversy within the crypto community, with many questioning why the Cardano founder was not invited.
In his response, Hoskinson reiterated his commitment to Cardano's core principles, saying, "The most effective thing we can do as an ecosystem is to focus on our ecosystem, its growth, and its competitiveness."
Hoskinson also highlighted Cardano's global presence and its decade-long mission to build a decentralized and inclusive blockchain network. He announced that he plans to return to Japan, a country deeply connected to Cardano's origins, and continue to meet with the global community to listen, learn, and contribute to the advancement of the ecosystem.
