FTX creditors withdraw collective lawsuit against law firm Sullivan&Cromwell

BlockBeats News, on October 10th, FTX creditors voluntarily dismissed the class-action lawsuit filed against US law firm Sullivan & Cromwell (S&C). On February 16th, a group of FTX creditors sued the law firm, accusing it of playing a role in the multi-billion dollar fraud at FTX and benefiting from it economically. The lawsuit seeks compensation for civil conspiracy, aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty, and aiding and abetting fraud. S&C served as external advisors in several transactions at FTX and was responsible for overseeing FTX's bankruptcy proceedings. (Cointelegraph)
