Nonsense, what do you call a double top? The second peak is lower than the first peak, that's called a double top. This damn thing has been broken through, and it's still called a double top; after pulling back a bit, it should be called a double bottom.

Working with any vendors/freelancers that overpromise, under delivers is a nightmare.
Isn’t it an unsaid rule
. If you promise to deliver within 10 days, do it under 10 days.
Or atleast, communicate on the 9th day, that there will be delays.
Why do you have to wait for the client to take follow up on 12th day, and then ask the client to wait 10 more days
