This information originates from a fake website, not the official CAEX site.
Brothers and sisters absolutely should not believe it, do not register, do not deposit money, and do not perform any transactions based on that information!

Crypto Tax: The government has just issued guidance on declaration
On April 6, 2026, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 41/2026/TT-BTC guiding the declaration, deduction, and payment of digital asset taxes.
Currently, there are no official Vietnamese exchanges, so if you trade on international exchanges, swap coins, or sell P2P, you must declare and pay 0.1% of the sale value (monthly summary).

2-Week US–Iran Ceasefire Just Gave Markets A Breather
US–Iran temporary ceasefire + Strait of Hormuz reopening = biggest tail risk removed (for now).
Oil pulled back.
Equities bounced.
Crypto also caught a nice relief move.
But this isn’t a full recovery.
Real oil flow takes time to normalize,
and April 10 talks are still a binary event.
My take:
Short-term risk is lower → market can bounce
But structurally, nothing is fully resolved yet
That’s why gold is still holding strong
and why I’m not getting too comfortable here.
Relief ≠ resolution.
