It’s Monday, lock in and back to work. My gym partner is finally back, so we’re hitting the gym today too.

Weekend’s wrapping up on my side. Even though tomorrow is another day off for many, I’m getting back to the grind early since my weekend kicked off on Thursday, BBQ with friends, a family meetup, and finishing it off yesterday with my birthday.
Tomorrow it’s time to lock in, back to the gym 4x a week and getting back on a sober streak.
