The subscription page will open at 10:00 AM (UTC) on January 13, 2025, and the final allocation will be confirmed before 10:00 AM (UTC) on January 15, 2025.

Participation requirements: Users must complete KYC requirements before investing funds, and their KYC status must be linked to their Solana wallet address on Buidlpad; During the subscription period, capital can be invested in USDC (Solana) or USDT (Solana) or SOL, WIF, and BONK; Verify their X account and follow Buidlpad and Solayer on X; Enter a valid email address. Subscription Limit: Minimum subscription amount: 100 USDC or USDT, or an equivalent amount of SOL, WIF, and BONK in USD Maximum subscription amount: 2,000 USDC or USDT, or the equivalent of SOL, WIF, and BONK in USD KOLs who are whitelisted and registered are entitled to a maximum guaranteed subscription of 5,000 USDC or USDT, or the equivalent in SOL, WIF and BONK. If the community sales are oversubscribed, the final allocation will be calculated in proportion to the total subscription amount and the total number of tokens allocated to the community sales. If the total subscription amount reaches 21,000,000 US dollars, the community sale subscription will be cut off and end early.

Buyers are eligible to receive Solayer’s protocol token (LAYER) in their KYC address during the token generation event.
