According to Libyan media on September 24, Jin10 reported that on the same day, a security department under the Ministry of Interior of the Libyan National Unity Government broke out in fierce conflict with a local armed group in the Zawiya area, about 60 kilometers west of the capital Tripoli. The Libyan News Agency reported that the conflict was triggered by the security department's arrest of several members of the local armed group Khabtate.
