My view is ETH is sitting on a major long term support line.
This is a key area. If it holds, ETH can still bounce and rebuild. If it loses this level on the weekly, I think the structure starts looking weak.
Right now it feels like bulls are defending support, but still not strong enough to take back real momentum.

Crypto looks random to most people day to day.
It isn’t.
A lot of what BTC, ETH, and altcoins do short term comes down to a few macro forces most people ignore.
Right now, these are the biggest ones shaping the market:
Oil is rising because of geopolitical tension.
That matters more than people think.
When oil spikes, inflation fears come back fast.
And when inflation fears come back, the market starts thinking the Fed may keep rates higher for longer.
That is not the kind of backdrop risk assets love.
Rate cut expectations are getting pushed back.

On-chain is what keeps me calm.
BTC spot outflows are still dominant.
Coins are leaving exchanges while price chops that’s usually accumulation happening quietly, not people racing to exit.

$ETH is testing the long-term ascending trendline that has held multiple times since the last cycle.
Every time price touched this support, it eventually led to a strong bounce.
