Golden Finance reports that on April 21, the General Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government issued the “Implementation Plan for the National Digital Economy Innovation Development Pilot Zone (Shanghai)”. It proposes carrying out breakthroughs in intelligent technologies, accelerating research and development of next-generation general artificial intelligence, intelligent software, intelligent computing systems, and other technologies. It will systematically promote scientific intelligence, implement the “Hundred Regiments and Hundred Projects” initiative, and incubate innovative enterprises. It will also work to achieve breakthroughs in collaborative reasoning technologies between general scientific large models and discipline models, and strengthen research on technologies such as structured representation of scientific data, scientific data governance toolchains, and intelligent agents for scientific experiments.
