Amber has reached a cooperation with Zhongyou Mobile, which will accelerate the RWA plan for the classic game IP "The Legend of Sword and Fairy."

According to Mars Finance, on September 29, Amber International Holding Limited (NASDAQ: AMBR) announced today a strategic cooperation with the globally renowned IP game operator, Zhong Shouyou (Hong Kong Stock Exchange: 0302.HK). This cooperation will fully leverage the advantages of both parties in the gaming and Web3 fields, with its brand "Amber Premium" providing technical infrastructure, Web3 consulting, and wallet security solutions for Zhong Shouyou's Web3 plans. The core of this cooperation is to accelerate the real-world asset (RWA) plan for the classic game IP "The Legend of Sword and Fairy" under the premise of obtaining applicable regulatory approvals. According to the cooperation agreement, Amber Premium will provide Zhong Shouyou and its subsidiaries with a set of customized solutions, including basic technical infrastructure, Web3 consulting, and technical support. This solution covers wallet security, Blockchain integration, and secure digital tools, aiming to assist Zhong Shouyou in exploring the innovative applications of its IP assets in the Web3 ecosystem under the premise of complying with relevant regulatory requirements.
