Jane Street asked a New York federal court to dismiss Terraform Labs’ lawsuit over the collapse of the multi-billion-dollar UST and LUNA ecosystem. Jane Street asked for the case to be dismissed with prejudice, which would prevent the same claims from being refiled. Jane Street said prior fraud tied to Terraform has already been prosecuted and that it was not involved.
