Just now, I got the itch again and wanted to chase a trade, paused for three seconds, and asked myself: Did I really see any new information, or am I just being pushed by the K-line and the atmosphere in the group that says "miss it if you don't rush"? To put it simply, information can be verified if it relates to tangible things, like on-chain data showing real growth or new entry points in the product; emotions are straightforward—fear of missing out, wanting to recover losses.

Recently, the incentive programs on testnets and the points system also tend to easily influence people's rhythm, as everyone is guessing whether the mainnet will issue tokens or not. Anyway, my current approach is: separate "I expect it to issue tokens" from "it is really improving," keep my position smaller, and wait until I can see user behavior or usage frequency genuinely increase before acting; otherwise, I’m just using emotion as research.
