The company was established in April 2021, and the legal representative is Hu Youcheng. Its business scope includes power generation business, power transmission business, electricity distribution business (including supply and distribution), heat production and supply, and others. It is currently jointly held by Xinjiang Tianchi Energy Co., Ltd. and the newly added shareholder within the TBEA group.
