On March 13th, Gree Electric Appliances held the “Central Air Conditioner New Product Launch” at the 2026 AWE event site, unveiling the STAR5 home central air conditioner and the Comfort All-Feeling Whole-House Environment System, among other new products. According to reports, the STAR5 home central air conditioner is equipped with Gree’s independently developed AI Dynamic Balance Technology. This technology gives the air conditioner keen perception, allowing it to detect subtle environmental changes in real-time, proactively and precisely adjust temperature, humidity, and airflow, with an energy-saving operation efficiency of up to 23.5%. Additionally, the product supports stable operation within a wide temperature range from -35°C to 66°C, easily handling complex climate environments such as severe cold in the north and intense heat in the south, making it suitable for multi-region and multi-scenario use needs.
