Exchange Traded Concepts LLC significantly reduced its stake in Fortinet, selling 12,612 shares in Q4 to hold 3,830 shares worth $304,000. Key insiders, CEO Ken Xie and VP Michael Xie, also executed large sales in February 2026, collectively selling over 500,000 shares. Despite these sales, Fortinet reported strong quarterly earnings, beating analyst estimates with $0.81 EPS and $1.91 billion in revenue, and provided optimistic guidance for FY2026.
