ME News message, April 1 (UTC+8), JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon revealed that the firm is considering offering prediction market services to its clients. Dimon said that JPMorgan Chase may in the future launch prediction market services similar to Kalshi and Polymarket, but clearly stated it would not get involved in sports and politics, and would strictly comply with regulations related to insider information. When asked about the attributes of prediction markets, Dimon believes they also have an investment attribute in certain areas—namely, participants use deep professional knowledge to judge that their forecast for a particular outcome is better than that of their counterparts.
