ChainCatcher message. According to a report by CCTV News, on April 8 local time, Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, in a statement, congratulated all Iranian people on their victory. The statement said the United States has, in principle, committed to fulfilling the following obligations:

Guarantee that no further military actions will be carried out;
Recognize Iran’s continued right to control the Strait of Hormuz;
Accept Iran’s uranium enrichment activities;
Lift all U.S. sanctions of Levels 1 and 2 against Iran;
Terminate all related resolutions of the UN Security Council and the International Atomic Energy Agency’s board;
Pay compensation for losses caused to Iran;
Withdraw U.S. combat forces from the region;
Stop all military actions across all fronts.
