Stocks Surge Sharply—The “Group Huddle” Breaks Down![Taoqiu Ba]

With the ceasefire between Iran and the U.S., and overseas negative news lifted, capital has completely switched from risk aversion to an aggressive push toward growth.
While others analyze logic and technicals, Trump is only responsible for flipping his face. Last night he said he would destroy civilization; after waking up, he agrees to a ceasefire for two weeks. All support levels and resistance levels—before him they can all change in an instant.
On the news front, everyone also saw:
1、Trump announced a two-week ceasefire; Iran accepted the ceasefire proposal put forward by Pakistan; Iran’s foreign minister said the Strait of Hormuz will be opened for two weeks;
2、DeepSeek V4 is back to grayscale testing again! A new interface has leaked.
3、Global stock markets all surged together! Japanese and South Korean markets rose more than 5% each; overseas stock index futures strengthened.

I. Yesterday’s Scenario Replay & Backtest (previous post)

Biopharma: 1 into 2: Xintian Pharmaceutical VS Jinling Pharmaceutical; on-the-spot, went long the biopharma first board.
Chemicals: 1 into 2: Longxing Technology (bond) VS Jiangnan Hi-Fiber; board-chasing—only for arbitrage.

Whether the replay is reliable or not—still needs to ask Trump.
At present, the market still treats the biopharma sector as a risk-hedging direction and has not regarded it as the main offensive theme. Stimulated by overseas-positive news, before the open, global stock markets surged across the board, risk appetite rebounded significantly. Capital flowed out from traditional defensive sectors such as oil & gas, chemicals, and biopharma, and instead chased directions with more elasticity—risk-hedging-related names were abandoned by capital.

II. Today’s Trades

S Xintian Pharmaceutical
This morning, the buy order on Baihua Biopharma was only 200 million, clearly weak. Yesterday’s trading value was 420 million, so the buy order needs to exceed that number at minimum; after Jinling Pharmaceutical absorbed churn, it successfully locked the limit. It PK’d Xintian Pharmaceutical, but overall the biopharma sector’s trend was extremely poor—besides MinoV a there were no additional new limit-up. After Jinzhi Pharmaceutical hit the board, the sector did not add any new first-limit-up. As Jinzhi Pharmaceutical opened again, it cleared out Xintian Pharmaceutical.

B China Communications Construction International
In yesterday’s first-board names, besides Xintian Pharmaceutical opening at the limit with a “one-word” opening, the strongest was China Communications Construction International—it directly followed by getting swept with buy orders. In the pre-market plan, don’t “pick sides” on fiber, sports, or pharma. Although China Communications Construction International was a really bad board yesterday, today’s opening print was at the limit-up price. That’s the classic weak-to-strong. Also, the pre-market auction volume reached 11% of yesterday’s amount. Coupled with today’s index hitting a big bull day (a strong up move), I followed the trend and bought once. It’s just doing arbitrage; tomorrow it might run right out in the auction.

III. Today’s Post-Market Review

Index
The index had a strong bull day: the 创指 (ChiNext Index) surged 5%, and trading volume increased by 750 billion yuan versus the prior trading day (+47%). On weekdays I didn’t research the index deeply and didn’t care much about index fluctuations; I focus more on timing individual stocks and sector themes. Of course, only a theme that resonates with the broader market is the opportunity most worth going heavy on. Nasdaq futures rose +3.17%.

Market Hotspots

Computing Power (CPO, optical modules, storage, PCB, leasing): 29 limit-ups
Jingji Xuchuang rose more than 8%, making a historical high. Mingtai Optoelectronics, Dongshan Precision, Guanghe Technology, and others saw mass limit-ups. Storage chips, liquid cooling, and computing power leasing all exploded across the board.
Lianban leader: Huiyuan Communications 4B; Anke Zhongan 3B. First board: Hanggang Shares; Mingtai Optoelectronics.
Sector boards that moved with the index: with tech-growth attributes, and under index resonance, there’s still momentum for an upside push. Going forward, it will most likely differentiate; trend leaders keep forming a tight group, while lianban followers gradually fade out, making overall execution difficulty high.

AI Applications (marketing, media, multimodal): 13 limit-ups
B ai Se Language 20cm, Guangdong Media lianban; over a dozen stocks including Yili Media and LEO 股 shares hit limit-ups. AIGC and DeepSeek concepts led the pack.
Lianban leader: Guangdong Media 2B; first board: LEO 股 shares, Decai Shares, Zewen Interconnection.
AI applications are a rebound after deep overselling. Capital is merely choosing a different route. The market doesn’t look favorably on its sustainability. Overall it’s mainly short-term arbitrage, and it’s hard to become the market’s main line.

Biopharma: 4 limit-ups
Lianban: Jinling Biopharma 2B; first board: MinoV a 1B; Baihua Biopharma 1B.
Capital still only treats biopharma as a risk-hedging sector. With the overseas ceasefire pausing and resting for two weeks, negative news is lifted; the risk-hedging logic of biopharma is no longer capital’s first choice, and it was directly abandoned by capital. Counting from the day Wanbangde began rising on March 24, the sector has gone 11 trading days. Today marks the end—looking at it as a transitional phase period.

Hotness Strength
AI computing power = AI applications

Auction “One-Word”
Hanggang Shares (computing power leasing) Baihua Biopharma (equity) Yuancheng Donggu (announcement)
Dongshan Precision (revenue increase) Huiyuan Communications (optical fiber) Western Gold (performance) MinoV a (DuoDuo)

Lianban Breakdown
4B, Huiyuan Communications—optical fiber as follow-up compensation. The stocks in the “Brother 3” stock pool enjoyed the benefits of the index’s big bull day. They never expanded volume; the opening up is likely ending things, so it’s not good to take.

3B, Anke Zhongan—computing power “in its position” lianban. The “悟道” board—also eating the benefits of the index’s big bull day.

2B, Tongding Interconnection—optical fiber—with a same-level position above/behind held down by Huiyuan Communications.
2B, Gaole Shares—its speculation logic is unclear; sodium battery?
2B, China Communications International—reconstruction after the Iran war. Without juniors to follow, it ate the index’s big bull day benefit—an arbitrage board.
2B, Jinling Pharmaceutical—absorbed turnover into a second board that PK’d Xintian; Jinzhi Pharmaceutical fell sharply, dragging down expectations for the pharma space.
2B, Corey Technology—back-of-the-line after optical modules.
2B, Guangdong Media—what it was buying on the first board was sports and football; the second board then became the positional “stand-in” for AI applications.

Crowd-Favorite Stocks
MinoV a: X-duoDuo clarified that the one listed yesterday wasn’t him; the seats were mistakenly applied and the holders got trapped.
Wanbangde: still circling around abnormal trading.
Changfei Optical Fibers: how long does it plan to hold and churn?
Jinzhi Pharmaceutical: the board unlocks tomorrow; quant funds will likely try to reverse (buy back) during the next session’s auction, but it doesn’t seem meaningful. The sector behind it doesn’t provide support—no point.

IV. Tomorrow’s Scenario Replay (if there’s any addition, pin it in the comments section)

There is no clear main theme in the market; it has moved into a chaotic stage. Biopharma is positioned as a transitional theme.
A few ideas:
1、Focus on 1 into 2 targets: prioritize stocks with no same-theme “position suppression.”
2、With risk appetite recovering in the current market, you can do small-sized trial-and-error: watch for after-hours announcements; prioritize targets with year/quarter earnings growth for the first quarter report; enter via board-chasing; low-position oversold names are even better;
3、For new-theme first boards: if there is one, do it; if not, stay in cash.

Writing is not easy; if we cross paths, it means we’re fated. Like the post with an oil push, and wealth will keep coming.
The most important thing for stock trading is to be happy every day!—Ni Gu La Si. Niu De Fa
