The United States issues a license allowing Russia to sell some oil to India.

In a statement on March 5 local time, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control said it would issue a Russia-related general license allowing the sale of certain Russian oil to India. The license will be valid until April 4, 2026. (Jiemian News)
