Odaily Planet Daily News: Nasdaq-listed company AVAX One Technology (AVX) announced it is advancing an AI infrastructure strategy. The company has signed an FEED proposal for a 10MW AI/HPC microgrid data center, located in Alberta, Canada. Leveraging local low-cost natural gas and power, it will build high value-for-money and scalable dedicated AI computing infrastructure. The project is led by BlueFlare and will be one of the area’s first AI computing centers.

At the same time, the company spent less than $500k to purchase 220 Bitmain S21 Pro mining rigs, boosting the Alberta computing power from 150 PH/s to over 200 PH/s. This move serves as a transitional cash-flow source during the construction period of the AI centers, enabling a dual-track layout of “mining + AI computing,” and quickly monetizing the existing power capacity.
