Local time on March 30, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the U.S. and Israel’s actions against Iran were “more than halfway through,” and that the current focus is Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium. It is reported that in an interview, Netanyahu said, “From the standpoint of getting the job done, we’re more than halfway through.” U.S. and Israeli forces struck “key elements of Iran’s war-fighting capabilities,” including missile systems, weapons factories, and personnel related to nuclear projects. Netanyahu said the current “focus is on their (Iran’s) stockpile of enriched uranium,” and that U.S. President Donald Trump has ordered that these materials be removed from Iran. These materials could be handed over for oversight by international institutions. However, in the interview, Netanyahu declined to provide a specific timetable for the end of the actions against Iran. (CCTV News)
