The planned construction area is approximately 92,400 square meters, with a floor price of about 19,800 yuan per square meter, and the surrounding amenities are abundant.

On April 2, according to a Beijing Municipal Commission on Urban Planning and Natural Resources (BMCUPNR) announcement, Beijing opened 1.77B yuan in land at the reserve price to acquire plot FZX-0703-6031 and plot FZX-0703-6032 in the Beijing Urban Subcenter 0703 block, with a floor price of approximately 19.8k yuan/㎡. The land parcel covers a land area of approximately 4.26 hectares, with a planned above-ground gross floor area of about 92.4k㎡ and a floor area ratio of 2.3. The plot is located in Songzhuang Town, Tongzhou District, outside the Sixth Ring Road. Nearby are the Beijing No. 11 School Tongzhou Experimental School, the under-construction Anzhen Hospital (Tongzhou branch), the affiliated Children’s Hospital of the Capital Institute of Pediatrics, the Shoukai Tongzhou Viva City mall, the Hualian Shopping Center (Liuhai New Village store), and the Lucheng Central Park, among other educational and living supporting facilities.
