According to 1M AI News, Chinese autonomous delivery company Neolix has launched the AI agent NeoClaw, which implements AI in frontline scenarios such as fleet management, complex task scheduling, and operational data analysis. The goal is to make managing multiple unmanned vehicles as simple as “one sentence, AI takes care of everything.” As the unmanned delivery industry continues to scale, frontline operators managing dozens or even hundreds of vehicles has become the norm. However, traditional operational models rely on manual tasks and spreadsheet calculations, which inherently limit the management radius of human-operated systems. With the expansion of fleet size, operators also face the dilemma of “economies of scale”—increasing personnel costs, rising management complexity, and declining operational efficiency. Additionally, when companies enter new cities, they often need to rebuild local teams, train new employees, and refine processes. The traditional approach of piling on manpower is not only slow but also leads to inconsistent operational levels across different cities, resulting in rising operational expenses and overall costs for unmanned vehicles. With NeoClaw’s built-in core operational capabilities for fleet management, vehicle control, and data query analysis, users can easily command unmanned vehicles for deliveries, batch driving, or more complex tasks like batch status recognition, charging arrangements, and operational data analysis by simply telling NeoClaw what to do. Currently, NeoClaw has been launched in select areas of Qingdao, China, and will expand to more regions in the future.
