The artificial intelligence sector is experiencing volatility and a rally. Pay attention to the AI ETFs: E Fund AI ETF (159819) and E Fund Sci-Tech AI ETF (588730) for investment value.

On April 7, the AI sector saw volatile but stronger trading, with sectors including integrated circuits and optical modules staying active. As of the close, the CSI Artificial Intelligence Theme Index rose 1.1%, the CSI STAR and ChiNext Artificial Intelligence Index rose 1.0%, and the SSE STAR Market Artificial Intelligence Index rose 0.9%.

According to Changjiang Securities, the recent acceleration in AI capitalization is further fueling renewed consensus around the AI industry. With AI applications accelerating toward commercialization, following the U.S. AI playbook, capital expenditures are leading commercialization by about a year. AI applications are also expected to reach a commercialization inflection point in 2026.
