Abstract generation in progress

The world’s largest tonnage hybrid rotary drilling rig rolled off the line in Changsha, Hunan, and made its debut release. This rig’s operating weight reaches 200 tons, its torque is 620k N·m (KN·m), and its bore diameter is 3,500 millimeters. At the same time, it delivers key core technology breakthroughs in areas such as synchronized multi-motor operation, transient large-load buffering control, and main hoist potential energy recovery, among others. It has obtained more than a dozen related authorized patents and achieves high-precision synchronization with dual closed-loop control of both motor speed and torque. The service life of drill pipes and drilling tools is extended by 20%, impact shock and vibration are reduced by 15%, the energy recovery rate reaches more than 70%, and the maximum recoverable energy per run can reach 5 degrees of electricity. It can be used to power cab heating and battery auxiliary heating in low-temperature environments, achieving an overall energy saving of 5%~10%. The series of drilling rigs released simultaneously keeps the energy-saving and eco-friendly advantages of pure electric drive, while also addressing the pain point of “range anxiety” faced by traditional pure electric equipment. Energy consumption costs are significantly reduced. Meanwhile, it also offers advantages such as high motor torque, fast response, and low noise. It supports switching among pure electric, hybrid, and plug-in modes. For applications such as pile foundation construction for large-scale bridges and high-speed rail—where green construction requirements are strict in urban areas and sensitive regions—and for outdoor infrastructure projects in places like high-altitude plateaus and mountainous areas where grid coverage is insufficient, it provides strong support.
