At this year’s National Two Sessions, National Committee members, Han Yongjiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Tongfang Co., Ltd., put forward a number of recommendations around strengthening enterprises’ primary role in innovation and promoting deep integration between technological innovation and industrial innovation. He called for increasing the application of artificial intelligence to enable sectors such as security screening and security, industry, agriculture, and healthcare, and he suggested incorporating “AI+ nuclear technology” into the national-level top-level design, with supporting policies and resource support, to speed up the realization of leapfrog development in China’s nuclear technology application industry.
