Taking profits—pharmaceutical “main track” leader: JIN YAO Pharmaceutical. Add more to the optical-fiber leader Xin Neng Taishan? Can I hold it tomorrow?
Entered the market in 2015, forge your sword for ten years. During those ten years, I lost everything nine times—fighting on after every defeat, still unwavering!
The nine turns bring a turnaround; looking back at last, I finally reach the place where the lights are fading in the distance! My ancestors were from Ezhou, so it’s said to be the nine phoenixes. The phoenixes are reborn from the ashes, focused on: the main line, the main dragon, and the main upswing!
I. Current positions.
II. Trades for today.
First, add to New Energy Taishan.
Fiber optics + an AI hardware flagship—ever since I abandoned the dark and turned to the bright (the fiber optics concept), it’s been accelerating.
Today, in the opening auction, I looked at the top two—both of the two “one-word” limit-up orders were fiber optics. At the open, I directly boarded the limit-up to add shares. This kind of opportunity that’s beyond expectations absolutely can’t be missed!
Second, board Shengquan Shares.
AI ink hardware, while Copper-Plating Two Boards into the front row core; as Vi hardware strengthens and the opening auction is also beyond expectations, I directly boarded the limit-up to buy.
Third, board Sinan Li.
Computing power, two-boards into the front row core. The first board “going into two” had an opening-auction that was beyond expectations, so I directly boarded the limit-up to buy.
Fourth, take profit from Jinyao Pharmaceutical.
In the call auction, the sector is in the bottom part of the decline ranking—its position is within the last three; even the back-row followers aren’t doing well. The leader’s volume power is somewhat lacking. That’s one reason.
Second, at the key opening auction moment, AI hardware and the fiber optics sector were strengthening—they typically move like a seesaw.
So when it surged to a limit-up and then blew up the board, I took profit directly. But after the adjustment, it refilled and locked back, and it also led to a return of the sector. The tribulation was passed successfully—so I won’t eat the later “meat”; I’ll leave it for others.
Fifth, cut loss on Shutai Shen.
Pharmaceuticals + an innovation-drug old leader. The sector’s opening auction was relatively weak, and the stock’s opening auction was also not up to expectations. Its opening-auction volume was less than 32M. I opened the market and cleared the position to stop the loss, with a small loss of 3 cm.
Later, when it rebounded back to the zero line and then fell again, I have nothing to do with it anymore! I only trade in what’s certain.
III. Market overview.
The three major indices traded in a range near the red all day, and at the close the total turnover for both markets was 1.35 trillion, down 2% from the previous trading day.
There were 3,768 stocks in the red, 1,338 in the green; 83 stocks hit the limit-up; 4 hit the limit-down. Market sentiment was high, and the “making money fast” effect was pretty good.
IV. Shift in risk appetite.
Mood rallies—board-holding in the “lianban” style—and trend rallies marched side by side.
Pharmaceuticals and fiber optics formed the dual main-line pattern.
V. Review of the intraday action.
Before the holiday, the first recap introduced the concept of pharmaceuticals as the sentiment main line and fiber optics as the trend main line. Based on today’s price action, it’s been validated—today these two main lines were extremely clear.
The only slight difference is: although there was a seesaw early between pharmaceuticals and fiber optics, as the leader advanced to higher tiers and brought pharmaceuticals shares back in, it shifted into a state where both marched side by side.
Last Friday, there was divergence in pharmaceuticals, but the main line still stayed on track. Today, the pharmaceuticals opening auction continued the divergence; however, as the leader JinYao Pharmaceutical proactively challenged the abnormal move and advanced to a 7th consecutive limit board, it pulled the sector back and drove renewed strength. Today, JinYao Pharmaceutical was the first time divergence turned into consensus—7 boards cleared the tribulation successfully, with expectations for tomorrow.
Because the whole market warmed up today, especially with the external cut that “fermented” in the chemical sector, it caused the cosmetics sector to collectively return and show the strongest state. Whether it can continue into tomorrow needs further observation!
During the day, rotations also covered concepts like chips, agriculture, lithium batteries, and the sports industry. With trading volume continuously shrinking, rotations will only accelerate and won’t weaken.
So the biggest issue right now is that trading volume keeps shrinking. If it shrinks further, it’s unfavorable for the development of the market. But it’s favorable for money to rally with sentiment and for trend-based clustering.
Worth noting: within the pharmaceuticals main line, besides the leader JinYao Pharmaceutical, the rest are rotation plays. Especially the earlier old leaders with high identification—like Shutai Shen, Guangsheng Tang, China National Medicines, and so on—often surge with increased volume and then weaken quickly. This needs attention; it indicates an arbitrage behavior.
The trend core in pharmaceuticals is also a story of one gaining while the other fades. Earlier core stocks like Wanbangda, Meinonva, Ji’an Medical, Shuanglu Pharmaceutical, and Luyan Pharmaceutical—today, besides Wanbangda and Luyan Pharmaceutical showing relatively strong performance, the others didn’t stand out.
If the pharmaceuticals sector is to strengthen, next year you should closely watch the performance of these 5 trends. If trends don’t strengthen, there could be potential impacts on the sector and on the stabilizing/confirming effect for the leaders.
The stock I’m bullish on, Luyan Pharmaceutical, bounced today after breaking into/through the 5-day line. If it can’t continue to strengthen tomorrow, you also need to lower expectations. Over the next couple of days, we should further observe which—Luyan Pharmaceutical or Luyan Pharmaceutical?—can form a trend leader similar to Hadian Energy.
VI. Position management.
When there is a main line: 80% in the account, with individual stocks at 2%–3% each.
When the market is in rotation mode: 50% in the account, with individual stocks at 1%–2% each.
In the chaos period: 30% in the account, with individual stocks at 0.5%–1% each.
VII. Plan for tomorrow.
First, hold the following stocks.
New Energy Taishan.
Opening-auction volume: above 120 million. If it gaps up more than 5%, rapidly confirms and holds; if it breaks the board, take profit.
Shengquan Group.
Opening-auction volume: around 13.5k. If it gaps up more than 5%, rapidly confirms and holds; if it breaks the board, take profit.
Sinan Ke.
Opening-auction volume: 50–100 million. If it gaps up more than 3%, rapidly confirms and holds; if it breaks the board, take profit.
Second, “lianban” follow-through.
Third into fourth: Huiyuan Communication
Opening-auction volume: above 50 million; if it gaps up more than 5%.
Second into third: Cuiwei Shares Pk Shengquan Group, Sinan Ke.
Cuiwei Shares opening-auction volume: around 70 million; if it gaps up more than 5%.
First into second: follow group-wide auction game—first look for those that gap up by more than 3–5% and meet the opening-auction volume criteria, and then prioritize the ones that advance.
Third, low-buy opportunities.
Luyan Pharmaceutical Pk Luyan Pharmaceutical
Suitable for new traders and rotation markets—if you can’t operate the sentiment “lianban” tickets, or you’re afraid to act, you can focus on low-buy opportunities in trend stocks.
The main execution method is: when the overall market, the sector, and the individual stock show divergence, you low-buy at the 5-day and 10-day lines.
Or when the sector is strong that day and the individual stock holds steady above the intraday moving averages, or when it breaks through the zero line while underwater, you low-buy.
Maximize: if the main board is up by more than 2%, and the ChiNext board is up by more than 5%, then don’t chase.
The newly listed trend stocks each day are a supplement to this week’s trend stocks. They stay valid throughout the week—you don’t necessarily repeat a new one every day!
Execution discipline: if a trend stock breaks below the 5-day line, stop the loss unconditionally and clear the position. Automatically exit the trend stock pool! Don’t keep watching and asking—unless the 10-day line stabilizes, then re-evaluate. If it’s above the 5-day line, go for it and trade!
Trend stocks sometimes move one day down and one day up. When they’re bearish, buy; when they’re bullish, surge—then make T-sell at highs.
Short-term target: hold by weeks. For each stock, accumulate a short-term gain of 7%, or if you get a single big bullish day with a gain of 7 cm or more, then halve it or exit with profits.
Don’t be greedy—slow is fast. If you earn 10 cm in a week, then in a month at least 30%+ compound returns. In a year, it’s 10x.
You can verify it yourself! And you’re also welcome to witness the miracle together!
