Deep Tide TechFlow message, April 07, according to disclosures on the SOL Strategies website, SOL Strategies Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Solana-native zero-knowledge technology company Darklake Labs for $1.2 million. The consideration consists of $200k in cash and $1.0 million worth of the company’s ordinary shares.

Darklake’s core product Zyga is a dynamic zero-knowledge proof system natively built for Solana, enabling privacy protection at the transaction execution layer and eliminating front-running trades and sandwich attacks.

After the deal closes, Darklake’s core team will join SOL Strategies, including CEO Vitor Py Braga (formerly at Meta and IBM), COO Amber Hales (formerly at Coinbase, with nearly a decade of compliance experience), and the head of zero-knowledge research Tiago Alves.
