Xiamen Green Valley Apartments Welcomes First Tenants, Creating a Comfortable Home for Industry Professionals

**Opinion Network News: **On April 7, the Green Valley Apartments—an affordable rental housing project invested in, constructed, and operated by Xiamen Xiangyu Smart Supply Chain Co., Ltd.—welcomed its first batch of officially move-in tenants, marking the official launch of Xiangyu Smart Supply Chain’s key livelihood-support project within its industrial park.

According to the introduction, the Green Valley Apartments are located in the Xiamen Qianchang logistics district. They are a key livelihood-support project being focused on and developed by the Xiangyu Smart Supply Chain industrial park, aiming to provide a place to live comfortably that seamlessly links work and daily life for busy ride-hailing drivers, truck drivers, industrial workers, and others. The project features three types of units. The studio unit type is 21 square meters. There are two options for apartment units, each 31 square meters. In total, there are 307 units.

The apartments focus on ride-hailing drivers, truck drivers, and industrial workers, building a convenient living space. The first batch of 150 units was delivered and has already been fully occupied. The second batch of 80 units will also be delivered in late April. Tenants in the first batch include logistics management personnel, front-line operators, and others. The apartment’s supporting facilities are well-equipped, including four high-speed passenger elevators, with complete indoor home appliances and furniture. To address drivers’ parking and charging difficulties, more than 200 parking spaces and more than 100 charging piles next door were put into operation simultaneously.
