[Red Envelope] 4.7 Review: Perfect Plan - Nanshan Node now has a True Dragon, with dual captures on both sides at the low point. Let's see who can laugh under the sky!

[TaoGuba]

The dragon moves with purpose, and the momentum has a reason; when a key node appears, the true dragon will surely show up.

Quiet like Nanshan, watching the trend and waiting to launch; moving like a roaming dragon, one strike hits the mark.

**Intro: first look at the perfect replay plan for yesterday below—**is this plan detailed and thorough enough, and is it worth your little bit of attention (ღ( ´・ᴗ・ )比心)

**

**
Today, as planned, act in unity with knowledge: went to two first boards that got there earliest (the game on whether Jin Yao Pharmaceutical will either cut off calmly today or cut off tomorrow; if there’s a node, a breakout-and-surge bonus dragon will come—if tomorrow Jin Yao continues to keep upgrading, then treat it as an arbitrage).

**In the intraday comment section, I promptly pointed out dynamic market changes and answered questions—everyone actively interacted and exchanged ideas; I especially like this kind of atmosphere:

Back to the main topic—returning to the chart:

1. Indexes: The index continues to follow yesterday’s view. There is support around 3860, but we can’t confirm whether 3871 is the low point. If tomorrow closes another bullish candle, then a rebound is basically confirmed to have started. If tomorrow adjusts, then tomorrow might be the low point.

On the close of September 24, 2025, Nanshan’s pre-forecast for the index’s next 2 months’ movement was made (top at 4034 on November 14).

2. Market sentiment: Yesterday’s replay said sentiment was in a “two-day ice stage.” Today we see a repair. Today, as expected, sentiment started to repair. The index is weak but sentiment repair is relatively good. What today’s trading action can be understood as is: “sentiment stabilizes/repairs before the index.”

3. Sector situation and key players:

1) Innovative drugs. One of the directions of the March 24 resonance index.

The连板 (consecutive-board) leader Jin Yao Pharmaceutical’s ranking reached 7 boards, triggering a 100% surge anomaly. Tomorrow is critical: whether it can weakly turn strong and advance to 8 boards to tie with Hua Dian Liao Neng’s height is of utmost importance. If it can’t get to 8 boards, expectations should be lowered—then the height isn’t even better than power. But at this position, going headfirst to participate again in Jin Yao has poor risk-reward. Better to look at low-level pull-up follow-ups or consider cutting to other directions.

Consecutive-board leader: Jin Yao Pharmaceutical; trend core: MenoPharma, Wanbangde; low-level pull-up follow-ups: Xintian Pharmaceutical, Jinling Pharmaceutical.

2) Optical communications / optical fiber. One of the directions of the March 24 resonance index.

The consecutive-board body position (front) Huiyuan Communication got a large order one-word, while the Xdd concept trend core Farsure (FALSHENG) bypassed the anomaly. It opened high and quickly boarded, driving the sector to continue its strength. It was more than expected (tonight it was under regulation). At the low level, a few first-board underlings also appeared. But this direction is too high—higher even than innovative drugs. The capacity trend leader Changfei Optical Fiber is also already lagging after a surge. So participating in this direction requires caution.

Consecutive-board body position: Huiyuan Communication; main board core: Changfei Optical Fiber, Xinneng Taishan, Zhongli Group, Farsure (FALSHENG), etc.

3) Power. Power is a cross-cycle sector.

  In the replay yesterday, I said power was in the tail end of the sell-off. Today’s performance basically confirms it has stopped falling. Many stocks have fallen as far as they can. Hua Dian Liao Neng and Yu Neng Holdings also basically look like they’ve stopped falling. Earlier I said that if you want to do a rebound in this direction, you can only look at Hua Dian Liao Neng and Yu Neng Holdings. From the current strength, Liao Neng is far stronger than Yu Neng. On Friday, regulation comes out—maybe some people want to bet early. If you want to do a dip-buying play, Liao Neng’s benign divergence is worth considering; its safety is relatively high. If you’re wrong, you lose only 3–5%. If you’re right, you might eat 10% or more (there’s also plenty of space near the double-tops area);

Consecutive-board leader: Hua Dian Liao Neng; cross-cycle leader: Yu Neng Holdings; oversold rebound first board: Dongfang Xinneng.

4) Chemical industry. A direction that exploded today—one that started on the first day after the holiday, and also one of the resonance index plus the sentiment stabilizing direction. It needs attention.**

The reason for the explosion is that chemical plants in multiple countries in the Persian Gulf were hit by missiles, affecting chemical production. The related industrial chain will most likely see price increases. This direction is clearly tied to futures. To participate, you need to check tonight’s feedback on chemical futures, and tomorrow’s opening auction needs to watch the front-runner’s large-order one-word封单 quantity to decide whether this direction is tradable. Today is the first day of the surge—no one knows who the leader and core will be. Tomorrow’s auction will determine it: whoever has the biggest order gets the higher status.

4. Important nodes:

Jin Yao Pharmaceutical’s first board is the -1 board relative to Hua Dian Liao Neng’s board-cut day. If the index continues to rebound tomorrow and confirms 3871 as the low point of this rebound, then today’s strongest chemical sector is the node of the resonance index rebound.

5. Money-making effect:

At the moment, the money-making effect mainly comes from low-level consecutive boards (for quant, mainly laying out first boards; the upgrade rate for 2 boards and above is quite low, and the market’s desire to “take over” is not strong). Especially when the leading sector for same-day rotation and repair kicks in.

6. Breakdown of consecutive boards:

**7 boards: Jin Yao Pharmaceutical,** innovation-drug second-stage consecutive-board leader. After breaking past MenoPharma’s 5-board level, it became the definitive dragon; it is also the -1 board relative to Liao Neng’s board-cut day. Tomorrow is expected to open flat or slightly higher. If it opens with a big gap up, that would be beyond expectations; if it opens slightly lower, you need to observe whether it quickly holds above the red line at the open, or even hits the limit up. If it opens with a big gap down, then it’s not as expected, and the sector needs to be cautious (even at low levels, be cautious too);

**3 boards: Huiyuan Communication,** a seat-by-seat board for optical fiber small-cap. On Friday it had a small order one-word. In yesterday’s analysis I mentioned a big-order one-word expectation today; today it arrived as expected with a big-order one-word setting the direction (driving optical fiber to continue strengthening). Tomorrow it will most likely open to test turnover and switching.

3 boards: Xinneng Taishan, optical fiber’s 3-board companion. Today it opened very high and on reduced volume it instantly hit the board—more than expected. Personally, I think it’s because Huiyuan Communication’s big-order one-word attracted funds to do a turnover-and-arbitrage “optical fiber 2 into 3.” Tomorrow feels like the probability of a board cut is high.

2 boards: CuIwei Co., Ltd., the only surviving outlet in digital currency. The sector isn’t that strong. Even Zhongjun Chinaoil Capital also exploded into a board, and it feels like it can’t hold up on its own.

2 boards: Hsinc Cheng (Huasheng Chang), a low-level follower in the optical communications direction. The trend is accelerating; tomorrow has a high probability of a board cut.

2 boards: Zhong An Ke, low-level computing power reaching 2 boards. The sector effect is average; it also feels like an arbitrage target, with low expectations.

2 boards: Shengquan Group, a direction in sodium-ion electronics. Good weekend news led to a high-open instant board. But the sector effect is also average, and expectations aren’t high.

Also, since Jin Yao successfully upgraded to 7 boards, these 2–3 board stocks are all mid-position names—be cautious with follow-on execution.

7. Commentary on popularity stocks:

**① Guosheng Technology / Farsure (FALSHENG):** XDD concept stock. The price action is razor-sharp and unbelievably strong, but it’s a high-position acceleration, not good to chase higher. Personally I choose to watch from the sidelines (**) **Tonight, Farsure is under key regulation; tomorrow is likely to open lower and adjust. Mimicking his Wanbangde, tomorrow is also likely to open lower.**

**② MenoPharma:** Innovative drugs concept. Originally, in terms of status, it was positioned behind Wanbangde, the trend core of innovative drugs. But tonight, XDD joined in, causing a big surge in人氣 (popularity). Tomorrow is expected to gap up significantly.

③ Wanbangde: Innovative drugs concept. At the end of the day, it grabbed roughly 200 million in orders. Mostly because Farsure avoided the anomaly last Friday; today it opened high and hit the limit up. That is like a mimic transmission for Wanbangde. Whether it can keep raising its board with high holds tomorrow is hard to say—mainly watch how it plays out. (With Farsure regulated, Wanbangde is likely to open lower.).

For other popular stocks—if you have questions, you can ask in the comment section. I’ll answer one by one when I see them.

8. 龙虎榜 (Dragon & Tiger List) analysis:
**
① MenoPharma:** XDD bought 41 million; associated seats like UBS did T-trades. Expect a gap up tomorrow.

② Distraction/Entretainment faction seat: It spread out positions across Tongda Co., Ltd., Luyan Pharmaceutical, and Tongding Internet. What are the characteristics of these stocks? Either they do a back-catalyst (reverse) or they are first boards. The Distraction/Entretainment faction represents quant trading, so their preference is to do first boards or back-catalyst trades in mainstream themes (as I said before, the quant trading’s main play lately is this).

Today I’ll first talk about these popular stocks. If you want to know the details of these seats, leave a comment in the section. Most big-money traders’ tactics—I basically know them well.

9. Tomorrow’s approach (if anything changes, tomorrow morning before the open I’ll post a note in the comments):

Tomorrow mainly has three ideas:

**1) Cut into chemical industry (also counts as a high-low rotation):** No need to consider Jin Yao Pharmaceutical’s feedback tomorrow. But you need to watch tonight’s futures performance for methanol, ethylene glycol, etc. If there’s no big plunge and tomorrow morning the chemical front-runners have a large-order one-word (a large-order one-word also defines the direction and represents the market’s recognition of this direction), then you can consider doing “1 into 2 turnover” in the front line (prefer earlier board times, small market cap, low price, and better chart pattern).

**2) Cut into innovative drugs internally:** After careful thinking, I feel that the “1 into 2” in this direction tomorrow isn’t very safe. I plan to take two first boards that are weak to go strong—because if the market recognizes that Jin Yao will bring a follow-up surge, then tonight there’s likely to be one of Xintian or Jinling that gets topped with a one-word board. If they can’t even get a one-word, it means the market’s follow-up surge expectation isn’t high for this direction. Then treat it mainly as an arbitrage play. But if Jin Yao’s feedback is good tomorrow and it can even upgrade to 8 boards, then tomorrow the first board of “the drug name” is still worth considering (the play is similar to today: don’t rush to hit the early morning sky-cannon; after observing 10 minutes, the market picture will be much clearer).

3) Buy the second-wave trend of the leaders at a dip: The power sector shows signs of stabilizing. If tomorrow power still has first-board little brothers hitting limit up to give support, then Hua Dian Liao Neng can provide a relatively good opportunity for divergence at below-water-level. You can consider taking the chance around the intraday moving average line during the pullback, or wait until the afternoon/closing. If it moves well, you can take it with a first position—because today closed bullish; if it closes bullish again tomorrow, the chart basically confirms an upward trend (with a double-top expectation).
