Pakistan to hold a foreign ministers' meeting on Middle East situation

According to Pakistani media today (March 28), Pakistan will hold a four-party foreign ministers meeting in Islamabad on the 30th with Turkey, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia to discuss ways to ease the situation in the Middle East and promote regional stability. Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz said on the 27th that Pakistan is making sincere and comprehensive diplomatic efforts in an effort to help bring an end to the fighting in the Middle East, so that countries in the region can be spared its devastating consequences. Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif said on the 27th that Pakistan is working with Egypt and Turkey toward the goal of ending the war in the Middle East.
