The Israeli military deploys over 50 fighter jets to strike Iran's nuclear facilities and weapons bases.

The Israel Defense Forces issued a statement on the 28th, saying that on the 27th the Israeli army deployed more than 50 fighter jets to carry out strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities and weapon bases in three areas. The statement said the operation involved three waves of strikes, lasting several hours, targeting respectively the heavy water plant located in Arak, a special facility located in Yazd used to produce explosive materials required for uranium enrichment, and a weapons production base.
