Suning.com’s service brand Suning Bangke launches independent financing

On April 7, Suning.com’s service brand Suning Bangke, under Suning.com, announced the launch of independent financing. The company plans to raise $100 million in its Series A round and simultaneously plans to initiate an IPO process, with a target to list within three years. Suning Bangke has clearly defined four core business lines: home appliance services, community living services, new energy services, and 3C services. Yu Jie, president of Suning Bangke Technology Service Co., Ltd., said that in the future it will open the service franchise system to provide platform support for service outlets nationwide and for franchisees.
