Securities Daily reports that on April 6, Atlantic issued an announcement stating that on April 3, 2026, the company held the 97th meeting of the fifth session of its board of directors, at which it considered and approved the company’s “Proposal Regarding the Provision of Guarantee Credit Limits for Controlling Subsidiaries in 2026.” To meet the funding needs of controlling subsidiaries for their production, operations, and development, and in light of the actual operating and development circumstances of each controlling subsidiary, the company expects that in 2026 it will provide guarantees for the comprehensive financing credit limits applied for by controlling subsidiaries with banks, in an amount of RMB 200 million.
