Israeli Defense Minister Katz said that the Israeli Defense Forces attacked Iran’s largest petrochemical facility.

The facility is located in Asaluyeh and accounts for 50% of Iran’s petrochemical production.

The strike took place after the second-largest petrochemical facility was attacked last week.

The two facilities, which together account for 85% of Iran’s petrochemical exports, are no longer operational.
