The deadline for the war between the United States and Iran and Trump's threat

Donald Trump said at the press conference held today at the White House that the entire country could be destroyed overnight, adding that "that night could be tomorrow night." He directly linked the threat to Iran's refusal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.

Trump warned yesterday that non-compliance would lead to attacks on bridges and power plants. Trump set a deadline for Iran until 8 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday to act. He said Tehran had made a proposal, but it did not meet his conditions.
