Intel is in talks with Amazon and Google about AI chip packaging
According to reports, Intel is holding ongoing discussions with at least two major customers regarding its advanced packaging services, including Amazon and Google. Artificial intelligence is driving demand for advanced chip packaging. Naga Chandrasekaran, head of Intel’s foundry business, said that packaging could change the AI revolution over the next decade.
