According to China Railway Chengdu Group, at approximately 10:00 on March 31, with the completion of the welding of the last steel box girder segment, the Jinkou Jialing River Super Bridge, a key control project of the Chengdu-Chongqing High-Speed Railway (hereinafter referred to as the Chengyu Zhongxian High-Speed Railway), was successfully connected. This marks the full connection of all bridges along the Chengyu Zhongxian High-Speed Railway, laying a solid foundation for the line to open on schedule. The Jinkou Jialing River Super Bridge is one of the major and difficult control projects of the Chengyu Zhongxian line.
