Bluescape investment entities and C. John Wilder Jr. have filed an amended beneficial ownership report (Schedule 13D/A) for Riley Exploration Permian, Inc. (REPX). They collectively report beneficial ownership of 1,050,000 shares of common stock, which represents a 4.9% stake in the company. This ownership is based on 21,567,428 outstanding shares as of March 2, 2026, with direct holdings by Bluescape Riley Exploration Holdings LLC and ultimate oversight by Mr. Wilder.
