Gao Xiang has stepped down as the legal representative, chairman, and general manager, and Ke Ruichen has taken over.
According to the information, BMW Automobile Trading Co., Ltd. was established in September 2005, with a registered capital of 25 million euros. Its business scope includes, among other things, serving as a general distributor in China for imported cars under the BMW Group’s BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce brands. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by BMW Investment Co., Ltd.
