People's Finance News, April 2 — Russia's TASS reported on the 2nd, citing Russian Energy Minister Nikolay Shulginov, that Russia is loading the second ship transporting oil to Cuba. The report said that Shulginov stated at a forum held in Kazan that day, "A Russian ship has 'broke through the blockade,' the second one is being loaded, and we will not let the Cuban people fall into hardship."
