ZTE Commerce announcement: 2025 operating revenue was 746 million yuan, down 2.26% year over year. Net profit was 114 million yuan, up 13.77% year over year. The profit distribution proposal reviewed and approved by the company’s board of directors is as follows: based on the total share capital of 540 million shares at the end of 2025, distribute cash dividends of 0.65 yuan (tax included) to all shareholders for every 10 shares, with zero bonus shares (tax included), and no capitalization of reserves to increase share capital.
