Domestic airlines suspend Dubai flights again; China Eastern Airlines tickets will be available for sale starting April 1 at the earliest.
Starting March 13, several airlines in China that had already resumed some Dubai flights have again canceled flights to Dubai. On their official websites from March 13 to March 31, Air China, China Eastern, and others had no flights from within China to Dubai in the UAE. The earliest ticket sales date is April 1. In the days prior, Air China, China Eastern, China Southern, and Hainan Airlines had gradually resumed some flights from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Haikou to Dubai. Airline sources said this round of restoration is not a full resumption of scheduled flights, but that each flight will be assessed for safety. (First Financial)
