Regarding the publicity of the first batch of housing security dishonesty persons in Yinchuan in 2026

After verification and confirmation in accordance with the law by the Yinchuan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, applicants for housing security (tenants) such as Gao Qing and 24 households, during the period of applying for and renting affordable housing, have committed violations and illegal acts, including providing false supporting materials, illegally subletting or lending affordable housing, and engaging in illegal activities in public rental housing. Their conduct has violated relevant provisions of the “Administrative Measures for Urban Housing Security in Yinchuan.” It disrupts the order of housing security administration. Pursuant to the relevant provisions of the “Administrative Measures for Urban Housing Security in Yinchuan,” it is decided to include personnel such as Gao Qing and 24 households into the Yinchuan Housing Security Dishonesty List. The information is now publicized to the public for social supervision.

The publicity period is from April 3, 2026 to April 10, 2026. During the publicity period, if there are any objections to the publicized content, you may, within the publicity period, submit a written application for verification to our bureau and attach relevant supporting materials (if not submitted within the deadline, it will be deemed that there is no objection). If there is no objection during the publicity period, or if the applicants raise objections and, after verification by our bureau, the objections are found not to hold, the dishonesty information will be recorded in the Yinchuan Housing Security credit archive.
