Recently, a reporter from Yangtze Evening News / Ziniu News noticed that Tianyancha’s legal proceedings and litigation information shows that Miniblon Liquor Industry (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. has added a new information entry as a person subject to enforcement. The amount involved is 150k yuan, and the enforcement court is the People’s Court of Dadukou District, Chongqing.

The Tianyancha app shows that Miniblon Liquor Industry (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. was established in May 2020. Its business scope includes production of liquor products, food operations, liquor operations, production of specialized equipment for food, liquor, beverages, and tea, wholesale of hardware products, and more.

According to earlier media reports, in July 2025, the State Administration for Market Regulation held a special press conference on food safety. At the meeting, an incident titled “Miniblon Liquor Industry (Chongqing) illegal additives case” was announced. A beer produced by the implicated company was found to contain a substance similar to the prescription drug “Viagra.”

The notice stated that in September 2024, the market regulation authority of Dadukou District, Chongqing received complaints from consumers 【Download the Black Cat Complaint client】, reporting that they felt unwell after drinking “Minid Emperor Jin Zun Polypeptide Original Ale.” After testing, the beer was found to contain the ingredient “O-Propyl Vardenafil.” This is a substance with a functional similarity to the prescription drug “Viagra.” Overdose can lead to adverse reactions such as cardiovascular abnormalities and visual impairments. It is a toxic and harmful non-food raw material, and is strictly forbidden from being added to food.

The notice said that after investigation, the implicated company Miniblon Liquor Industry (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. sold the beer in question through both online and offline channels, totaling 67 boxes. In February 2025, the market regulation authority of Dadukou District issued an administrative penalty to the违法 enterprise: confiscation of products and illegal proceeds and a fine of 150k yuan, and transferred clues to the public security authorities—regarding both the company and the upstream manufacturers suspected of committing crimes—for handling in accordance with the law to pursue criminal responsibility.
