ME News update: On April 4 (UTC+8), Shanghai officially issued the “Several Measures of Shanghai Municipality to Support the Development of the Game eSports Industry” (abbreviated as “Game Hu Shi Ten Articles”). It states that it will support game and eSports enterprises in research, development, and application of technologies and endpoint devices such as AI large models, blockchain, big data, the Internet of Things, and cloud computing, as well as game foundation development tools such as game development engines and 3D modeling software. It will actively promote the application of blockchain technology in areas including copyright registration, rights protection, trading, and settlement, and encourage game companies to establish partnerships with electronic device manufacturers, exploring more possibilities for multi-device development of games.
